BH Solutions ("Ninefold", "we") runs playninefold.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect

  • Puzzle progress: streaks and found words are stored in your browser (local storage). They stay on your device.
  • Email: only if you sign up for the daily email.
  • Request data: our host processes your IP address, browser type, and pages requested to deliver and protect the site.

How we use it

  • Run the game and remember your progress.
  • Send the daily email you asked for.
  • Understand usage and fix problems.
  • Prevent fraud and comply with law.

Advertising and analytics

Ninefold does not currently show ads or use analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy first and ask for consent where required. Any paid membership would be processed by a payment provider such as Stripe; we would never see or store full card numbers.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information for targeted advertising. We share data only with service providers (hosting and email) that help us run the service.

Your choices and rights

  • Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: we do not sell or share personal information. If that ever changes, you will be able to opt out here, and we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal.
  • California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, and other US states: you can request access, correction, deletion, and opt out of targeted advertising.
  • EEA/UK: our legal bases are consent (the daily email) and legitimate interest (running and securing the site). You can withdraw consent anytime and complain to your data protection authority.
  • Unsubscribe from emails with the link in every email.

Children

Ninefold is a general audience site not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child gave us information, contact hello@playninefold.com and we will delete it.

Retention and security

We keep your email while you are subscribed and delete it within 30 days of a deletion request, unless law requires otherwise. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and limit access to personal data.
